「急急如律令」とは元は中国の漢代の公文書の末尾に書かれた言葉で、「急ぎ律令（法）の如くせよ」という意味でしたが、日本では陰陽道や修験道で呪文として扱われるようになりました。
この図では中国から伝わった神名と梵字、日本固有の神名が共に記載されており、日本独自の宗教観を表しています。
主に宗教儀式で使われたもので、呪術的な修法に使われたものです。

"Kyūkyo nyo ritsuryō" ("急急如律令") was originally a phrase written at the end of official documents during China’s Han Dynasty, meaning “Act swiftly, in accordance with the law.” In Japan, however, it came to be used as an incantation in Onmyōdō (Yin-Yang divination) and Shugendō (mountain ascetic practices).

This diagram features both deities from Chinese origin (written in Bonji or Siddham script) and indigenous Japanese gods, reflecting a uniquely Japanese religious worldview.

It was primarily used in religious rituals, serving as a tool for esoteric and magical practices.
